Your guide to reserving Harris Township facilities

  1. The pavilions at the Elm and Brummitt Road parks may be used, with prior permission.  Plan ahead.

  2. The courts and fields at Elm Road are always first-come, first served.

  3. The fields at Brummitt Road may be rented, with prior written permission.

PAVILIONS:
There are guidelines for their use, including notifying the township of any planned use by 10 or more people.
Even with such notification, all use remains shared at all times. To reserve, make a request of the township with ample lead time.
Requests are just that; no such use is permitted without prior, written permission.

There are times when such use is not allowed, especially during busy times including holidays.

COURTS and FIELDS:
Elm Road: All courts and fields at Elm Road are on a ‘first-come, first-served’ basis. There are some guidelines for rotating in waiting players, particularly regarding pickleball.

Brummitt Road: The ECHO soccer Club has priority use on some fields at Brummitt Road, excluding July. All such use requires prior approval by the ECHO board or by Harris Township.
There is an application process and fee for other fields, when they are available. Prior, written permission is required.
