Review the terms of pavilion use. If you agree, fill out the form.
We’ll get back to you.

Terms of pavilion use: Any use by 10 or more people requires prior, written approval by Harris Township. All use is shared at all times; you may not represent otherwise. Leave everything as you found it. Park where directed. (see below) Take your trash with you. No alcohol, gambling, fireworks, smoking, fire, pets, glass, littering, or loud music.

A Responsible User agrees to provide contact information, be responsible for the actual cost of any damages, and pay $50 per hour for any effort required from their use (minimum 1 hour), and $50 for each term ignored by any user. This includes but is not limited to cleanup, trash removal, replacing tables or rocks, removing decorations, and repairs. Any trash placed in garbage cans will constitute term breach and result in a minimum $100 charge.

Use of any facility is AS IS and at each user’s sole risk. This agreement and associated electronic signature (made by submitting the request) is construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Indiana, and may be modified only through a subsequent written request agreed to by both parties.

Each pavilion has three to four metal tables which accommodate roughly six people each, meaning gatherings of more than 25 people may work better at a different location.

Brummitt: parking is only in the large parking lot, not along the driveway or at the playground.
Elm parking is at the church across Elm Road or at the library, when they are closed or as space allows.

By submitting the following request, Responsible User agrees to everything above including electronic signature
