Elm Road Pedestrian Park or EPP for short
Located between the Harris branch library and the fire station on Elm Road, along the Granger Path. An empty field has been transformed into a new park. In 2015, the park provided a soccer field and picnic tables. In November of 2016, pickleball and basketball courts were added, along with a ball diamond and walkway. In 2017, Granger Sunrise Rotary will raise up a playground.
A program that provides temporary help to people in need.
The township maintains two cemeteries:
- Salem Cemetery: Just west of the St. Joseph and Elkhart county line, just north of Brummitt Road
- Harris Prairie Cemetery: On the south side of Adams Road less than a mile east of Fir Road
New cemetery rules are in effect, with plants subject to removal.
